Note: We can only entertain concerns reported within 14 days of the product’s arrival. Beyond this period, we won’t be able to process claims or provide assistance.

Handling Faulty or Unsatisfactory Items

Encountered a defective item or one that doesn't perform as claimed? Reach out to us immediately. We accept responsibility for damages caused during manufacturing or shipping and will act swiftly to resolve.

Please attach photographs demonstrating the defect—whether it’s missing components or visible flaws. For clarity, photos should be taken on a flat surface with any tags or errors clearly visible. Upon verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement—usually without requiring you to send the faulty item back. These images also help us improve our quality standards.

Important: Our warranty covers manufacturing issues only. It does not include damage caused by accidents, mishandling, normal wear, exposure to sunlight causing color or material fading, or alterations made post-purchase. Also, claims must be made within 14 days of receipt; outside this window, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

Missed Delivery or Shipping Delays

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, you are eligible to request a refund or a replacement. Contact us with your order details, and we’ll prioritize your case to resolve it promptly.

Please note, claims related to undelivered items must be filed within 60 days from the original order date due to tracking data limitations. After this period, assistance may be limited.
