1. Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site, submit the waitlist form, or use the demo. If you use Veluko on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Until a registered company is named on this page, “Veluko,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of this website. A company name, address, and billing entity will be added before subscriptions are sold.
2. What Veluko is
Veluko is software for the stretch of client work between delivering a version and getting a real yes. The intended product lets a studio share one protected review link, attach the files or URLs for that revision, collect comments on that version, record who approved it and when, show how many revision rounds are included, and turn extra requests into a visible change before they become free work. Clients are not required to create a Veluko account.
Veluko is not a full project-management suite, a substitute for your contract, or an automatic judge of what is in or out of scope. In the intended product, the studio decides whether a flagged request is included, dismissed, or billed.
3. Pre-launch status
The site describes a product being prepared for early access. Features, limits, pricing, and availability can change. Nothing on the marketing pages is a promise that a specific feature will ship on a specific date.
Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account or a paid subscription, and you are not purchasing anything when you join. Planned list prices on the site may still change before public launch.
The first 200 unique waitlist emails are intended to receive 50% off the then-current list price of the paid Veluko plan they choose, for as long as that customer subscription remains active (“50% off for life”). We will confirm the offer by email when paid plans open. The offer is limited to the first 200 qualifying waitlist members, one per person or studio, not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be withheld in cases of abuse, duplicate, or automated signups. If you join after those 200 places are taken, you still receive waitlist updates, without that lifetime discount.
4. Waitlist
You must provide a valid work email and an honest description of the kind of work you do. You confirm that you are authorized to use that email. We may refuse, delay, or remove waitlist entries that look automated, abusive, or submitted on behalf of someone else without permission.
We may email you about launch, early access, and related product news. You can ask to be removed as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional feedback you share may be used to shape the product; we will not publish your name or email with a quote unless we ask you first.
5. In-browser demo
The demo is a local preview of the workflow: studio workspace, sample projects, review links, email unlock, comments, approvals, revision rounds, and change-request style extras. It is provided so you can understand the product, not as a production system for real client jobs.
- Demo data lives in your browser (local storage). It is not a hosted backup.
- Sample names, files, and review tokens are fictional illustrations unless you replace them.
- Plan switching in the demo only changes the local preview. It is not billing.
- Review “unlock” in the demo compares an email in the browser and does not create a real identity check on our servers.
- We may reset, change, or discontinue the demo at any time.
Do not upload or type confidential client files, passwords, personal data of real clients, or other material you are not allowed to store in an unhosted browser sandbox. You are responsible for what you put into the demo on your device.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the site, waitlist, or demo beyond ordinary use.
- Circumvent spam controls on the waitlist or submit bulk fake emails.
- Present the demo as a live, hosted Veluko workspace for paying clients.
- Copy, scrape, or republish the site’s copy, layout, or demo content except as needed to evaluate the product.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, including collecting other people’s data without a right to do so.
7. Intellectual property
Veluko, the site design, product copy, demo interface, and related materials are owned by the operator or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site and demo to evaluate the product. No other license is granted.
Feedback you send (including waitlist notes) may be used to improve Veluko without an obligation to compensate you. That does not give us ownership of your existing client contracts or of confidential material you should not have pasted into the demo.
8. No accounts, payments, or hosted files yet
These Terms do not cover customer accounts, seats, stored deliverable files, production review links, recorded approvals used as a legal archive, or paid change requests. Those features will ship under updated terms, and we will ask you to accept them before you create an account or pay.
Prices, revision allowances, and “paid extra work” examples on the site are illustrations of the intended commercial product. They are not an offer to contract at those numbers today.
9. Disclaimers
The site, waitlist, and demo are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for running a live client project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Veluko does not provide legal, accounting, or contract-drafting advice. A recorded “yes” in a future hosted product is meant to support your workflow; it does not automatically replace a signed statement of work unless your own contract says so.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost data (including demo data stored only in your browser), lost business, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site, waitlist, or demo.
Our total liability for claims arising out of these pre-launch Terms is limited to zero euros, because you are not paying for the waitlist or the demo. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is forbidden.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product moves toward early access. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site or demo after an update means you accept the new Terms. If we introduce paid accounts, you will be asked to accept a then-current customer agreement before purchase.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in your country of residence if mandatory consumer law gives you that right.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the waitlist form on the homepage, with a note that you are writing about the Terms of Service. A direct contact address will be published before paid service begins.
